1. Quotation & Commercial Proposals

All written quotations issued by Reha & Rana Solutions (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. are valid for the timeframe specified in the commercial quote. Prices are subject to raw material market fluctuation until a formal Purchase Order (PO) is executed.

2. Delivery & Inspection

Deliveries are conducted according to the agreed Incoterms (Ex-Works, FOB, CIF, or Delivered Duty Paid). Buyers must inspect delivered goods upon site arrival and report any discrepancies within 7 business days.

3. Compliance & Standards

All products and machinery supplied adhere to the technical specifications outlined in the approved purchase contract.
